    It is a complete, easy-to-follow, step-by-step guide that teaches you everything you need to know to overcome challenges and feel in control of your life.

    It’s the first programme of its kind, and the results are predictable and achievable for anyone.

  • It’s not possible to ‘fail’ at the Thrive Programme! The programme shows you how your mind works and how to become powerful.

    The only times you may feel like you have failed are when you don’t put the activities into practice or do not fully understand how to make these changes.

    We are here to help you through all of this, so please contact us if you need support during the programme.

    • The Thrive Programme typically takes around 7 weeks to complete

    • It’s not a ‘sticking plaster’ or ‘quick-fix’ approach

    • If you follow the Thrive Programme diligently and put in the effort, the results are very predictable

    • You can build great foundations, overcome your symptoms, and learn to thrive FOR LIFE for a few weeks of effort

  • You cannot pick individual elements and expect to get the same results as someone who completes it all. There are parts that might seem irrelevant to you, but you really need to work on everything.

  • Yes, absolutely – regardless of your age, gender, background or issues.

    • We never recommend that clients change or stop their medication when going through the programme – you don’t want anything to unsettle you

    • We are not doctors, so we do not make medication recommendations

    • Always consult your healthcare provider on these matters before you start

  • You will feel powerful and excited about life. We would love you to join our “Love your life” community, where we share lots of regular tips and updates and connect with people like you who are living your best life.

  • Self-help books often just give you some hints and tips and ideas. Therapies and treatments are ‘done’ to a person. The Thrive Programme® is different:

  • Face-to-face sessions with me as your Thrive Programme Coach® give you the full Thrive Programme experience. These can be in person or online via Zoom (95% of sessions now take place online). It is the best way to personalise the programme for your specific goals and hold you accountable (until you can hold yourself accountable!).

  • Yes! The Thrive Programme® is a unique approach to teaching children how to thrive, offering enormous benefits for their social and mental health. Our ‘Bounce’ programme, designed for education, is a testament to our commitment to helping children thrive.

    The Thrive Programme® will help your child with difficulties such as:

    • school-related issues

    • mental health problems

    • anxiety

    • social problems such as low confidence

    • bed-wetting

    • nightmares

    • eating disorders

    • OCD and much more

    It’s also helpful if you want your child to simply learn how to love their lives!

    There is our Young Person’s manual for those aged 8-18 years.

    For younger children in particular, the child’s parent/guardian must work through the ADULT Thrive Programme, then ‘teaches’ that or the Young Person’s edition to their child. This is because the programme contains many concepts that need to be reinforced by a significant adult.

    I am fully trained in how best to tailor their approach to each individual. I explain things clearly and have a knack for keeping things ‘light’, using memorable analogies, pictures, and metaphors to ensure that the message really stays in your child’s mind.

    Children under sixteen must have a parent or guardian present at their appointment (it is also possible to work through as a family). Parental support is invaluable, and parents often report a personal benefit to helping their child work through the programme.

  • You can, but it is not advisable for a few reasons:

    • There is nothing like this programme, so it’s very likely that any other intervention you are going through will conflict in some manner, lessening the positive effects

    • The programme involves sustained effort, so it’s important to devote full attention to it

    It’s important to realise that it’s YOU doing the work.
